Purpose

The reason I put this guide together each year is twofold.

I've personally purchased a couple of items from this UK-based vegan company and the quality is top-notch. It can be hard to find high-end vegan leather goods, so this brand is one of my go-to's.

Their products for men and women are made in Italy & Portugal to EU labor standards, and they have an eco-friendly, plastic-free, carbon neutral supply chain.

I know that Williams-Sonoma is a national retail chain. But the reason the item below made my list is that it's health promoting.

An Instant Pot will help you cook and eat healthier meals. I use mine all the time and highly recommend it to my clients.

An award-winning product acclaimed by just about every magazine and newspaper you can think of, this pan sells out every time it comes back in stock.
