Stefanie Ramsden Dougherty is a whole food plant-based chef, cooking instructor, and nutrition educator with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University.

She founded Green Sage to offer guidance to those wishing to transition to a healthier plant-based diet and lifestyle.

Stefanie shares her own simple, healthy recipes on her YouTube channel, in her blog and email newsletter, and on social media.

She alsoĀ teaches live plant-based cooking classes for the local community, and virtually online to students worldwide.

You may recognize Stefanie as a recipe creator behind the Mastering Diabetes Weekly Meal Plan and the Amla Green Meal Plan & Cooking School. She is alsoĀ a plant-based social media content creator for Forks Over Knives.
